He continued serving for an additional 11 years as inside counsel for one of the largest national real estate developers, handling various transactions valued from $50,000 to $50M, for development projects primarily in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Marty has extensive experience in all aspects of land and building acquisitions, ground leases, ownership structures, land infrastructure, financing structures, construction, tenant leases, property management and evictions, and exchanges and sales of real property. Marty negotiates and documents cost-effective, real-world legal solutions for his clients.
