Practicing real estate law since 1997, Kevin has represented the largest commercial real estate developers, land owners and property managers in Northern California. In addition to representing private entities, Kevin has counseled cities, redevelopment agencies, special districts, and school districts in the negotiated acquisition and disposition of public real estate and other contracts. Kevin's practice encompasses all phases of real estate development, including development, finance, leasing and disposition. His litigation practice is focused on commercial real estate related disputes, including commercial landlordtenant, breach of contract, easement, and construction disputes. Kevin's clients enjoy his big-firm experience and service, coupled with the small-firm flexibility and commonsense.
